Revelation 7:11
Revelation 7:1111And all the angels stood around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. And they fell facedown before the throne and worshiped God,
Watchtower commentary takes as describing angelic worship of Jehovah in the heavenly throne room. The angels stand around the throne, the elders, and the four living creatures, then prostrate themselves and worship God. The "worship" rendering is acceptable here because the object is the Father; the same Greek verb in passages addressed to the Lamb is rendered "obeisance" instead.
Notice the location: angels "around the throne" — the heavenly throne first established in 4:2 and 5:11. They worship God, prostrate before him. Two verses earlier, the great crowd stood "before the throne and before the Lamb" (7:9) — same Greek phrase enōpion tou thronou, same heavenly setting. The Watchtower would need to explain why "before the throne" means heaven for angels in 7:11 but earth for the great crowd in 7:9. The throne is in one place; the prepositional phrase has one meaning. The two-class earthly-hope reading collapses on consistent throne-location language.
