Philippians 3:21
Philippians 3:2121who, by the power that enables Him to subject all things to Himself, will transform our lowly bodies to be like His glorious body.
The Watchtower applies "transform our humble body to be like his glorious body" only to the 144,000 anointed who receive spirit-creature heavenly life. The "great crowd" is taught to receive earthly paradise life with restored physical bodies but not the glorified body Paul describes here. The verse becomes one more instance of the two-class soteriology: only the anointed share the form of Christ's resurrection body.
Pair with (the angels saying Jesus will return "in the same manner" he ascended — visibly, bodily) and ("a spirit has no flesh and bones, as you see I have"). Christ's resurrection body is real, physical, glorified — and Paul says our resurrection bodies will be conformed to it. The two-class scheme forces the great crowd into a second category Paul does not provide. Pair also with (we will all be "changed" — the resurrection body is transformed from the existing body, not replaced) and (sown perishable, raised imperishable; sown a natural body, raised a spiritual body — the spiritual body is the bodily existence empowered by the Spirit, not a non-physical existence). One body, transformed. One people of God, glorified. The Watchtower has invented the two-tier afterlife the Bible itself does not describe.
